Derrick Frazier was born and raised in rural Idaho. He spent most days as a youngster running wild without a shirt or shoes. His love for basketball and football was enough to get him into shoes, and sometimes, even a shirt. Following high school, Derrick traveled to East Africa for a missions trip. This trip and his subsequent degree from Utah State University convinced him to always be fully dressed and ready to take on the world!@@@@@@In 1999, Derrick accepted his first job in the mortgage industry. Since that time, he has never looked back. Derrick’s favorite part of being a Loan Officer is helping families achieve their dreams of homeownership. Whether to buy a new home or refinance their existing residence, taking out a mortgage is one of the biggest financial transactions most people encounter in their lifetimes. Derrick always keeps this in mind and aims to exceed the expectations of his clients and referral partners. Working with Derrick will feel like working with a trusted family member.@@@@@@Volunteering in his community is a passion of Derrick’s. He enjoys coaching youth sports, mentoring young men in Boy Scouts, supporting the Special Olympics, and chaperoning field trips. Of course, Derrick’s number one passion and source of fulfillment is his wife, Janet, and their 4-children. Together they regularly embark on new adventures, many of which take advantage of Utah’s beautiful outdoor spaces, and often while wearing shirts and shoes : )@@@@@@
